1. General Provisions 1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of use of the website www.konferencjakolagenowa.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). 1.2. The owner and administrator of the Website is MKmedical Group Sp. z o. o. , with its registered office in Konin 62-510, ul. Królicza 10/2, entered into the register under the REGON number: 540882625 NIP: 6653074254 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"). 1.3. The Administrator can be contacted by e-mail: kamil.aikido@interia.pl and telephone number: +48 601 441 115. 1.4. By using the Website, the user confirms that he/she has read the Regulations and accepts their terms.

 

2. Purpose of the Website 2.1. The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the collagen conference and to enable the purchase of tickets to the event. 2.2. All content posted on the Website is for informational purposes only and is protected by copyright.

 

3. Terms of Service 3.1. Users of the Website agree to use it in a manner consistent with the law and the provisions of the Regulations. 3.2. It is prohibited to: a) provide illegal content, b) take actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website. 3.3. Tickets are purchased via the form available on the Website. To place an order, the user must provide true and accurate information.

 

4. Terms of Ticket Purchase 4.1. Upon purchase of a ticket, a binding agreement is concluded between the user and the Administrator. 4.2. All prices listed on the Website are gross prices and include VAT. 4.3. Ticket purchase is only possible via the Przelewy24 system. After completing the registration process, the user will receive an email containing a payment link. Only after successful payment will the user be registered as a conference participant.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds 5.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the ticket purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the conference has not yet taken place. 5.2. To withdraw from the agreement, please send a declaration of withdrawal to the Administrator's email address. 5.3. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.

 

6. Administrator's Liability 6.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is up-to-date and accurate, but is not responsible for any errors or omissions. 6.2. The Administrator is not responsible for disruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from causes beyond its control, such as technical failures or acts of God.

 

7. Personal Data Protection 7.1. The Administrator processes users' personal data in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy available on the Website. 7.2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the purchase of tickets.

 

8. Final Provisions 8.1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Users will be notified of any changes on the Website. 8.2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
