Policy of privacy and the use of cookies on the KONFERENCJAKOLAGENOWA.COM website

 

This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data concerning Users in connection with their use of the konferencjakolagenowa.com website (hereinafter the "Website").
In the event of a change to the current privacy policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the content below.
Użyteczne Szkolenia Medyczne Kamil Koszela respects the right to privacy of users of the konferencjakolagenowa.com website. In particular, it cares for the protection of their personal data and uses appropriate organisational and technical solutions to prevent interference in Users' privacy by third parties. Our actions are aimed at guaranteeing the User a feeling of full security at a level appropriate to the applicable law, including:

  1. Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  2. The Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;

  3. Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law

The use of the Website is implemented using the secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission on the Internet.
Please be advised that the Website may contain external links that will take you directly to other websites. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the privacy policies applicable there, as we are not responsible for them.
Glossary:

  • cookie - is a small piece of information stored by the server on the User's computer, which can be read by the server when the User reconnects from this computer,

  • system log - this is information that the User's computer sends to the server every time it connects; it may contain various data (e.g. IP number), from which it is possible to determine more or less precisely where the connection originated,

  • IP address - an individual number, which, as a rule, is possessed by each computer connected to the Internet; the IP number may be permanently assigned to a given computer (static) or assigned to it for a given connection (dynamic),

  • SSL protocol - a special standard for data transmission on the Internet in which transmission is encrypted, as opposed to normal transmission, where transmission is in open text.

II.

Data collection

With regard to the User's use of the Website, we store http requests directed to the server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs and refer to:

  • the public IP address of the terminal from which the request was made;

  • the name of the User station - identification via the http protocol, if possible;

  • the name of the User given in the authorisation process;

  • time of the request arrival;

  • first line of the http request

  • http response code;

  • the number of data sent by the server

  • the URL of a page previously visited by the User (the so-called referer link) in the event that the Website is accessed via an external link;

  • information about your browser;

  • information on errors that occurred during the http transaction.

The aforementioned data are not associated with specific persons browsing the pages of the Website.

The Websites do not automatically collect any information with the exception of information contained in cookies. The information collected in this way is used, among other things, to:

  1. manage the Website;

  2. to identify potential security risks;

  3. to study the aggregate traffic of Users on the Website and for statistical purposes, including the use of Google Analytics and GetResponse tools, only if additional mailing campaigns are conducted;

However, the User may be asked to provide the following personal data when using the functionalities of the Website:

  • name and surname,

  • e-mail address,

  • content of the contact message,

  • number of the right to practise.

Provision of the data indicated above is voluntary, however, without providing such data, it may not be possible to use the Website for the functionalities that require it (contact form/registration form).

Processing of personal data

The data collected through the Website concerning the User may be used in order to determine the adaptation of the Website's content to the User's needs and in order to respond to the User's enquiry made using the contact form.

The collected personal data of Users are not transferred to international organisations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with European Union or national law.

The personal data collected through the forms to which the User has given his/her consent shall be processed for the purpose and for the period necessary for the correct handling of the task.

The User has rights with regard to the processing of his/her data:

  • access to data,

  • rectification of data

  • erasure or restriction of processing,

  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;

Use of Cookies

The Service, in accordance with Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law, uses Cookies which are computer data, in particular text files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

Cookies are used for the purpose of:

  1. make it easier for you to use the Website while browsing;

  2. later association of the User in case of reconnection of the Website with the device on which they have been stored;

  3. creation of statistics which help to understand how the Users of the Website use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;

  4. adapting the content of the pages of the Website to specific preferences of the User and optimising the use of the websites, adapted to individual needs of the User.

We use the following types of cookies within the Website:

  • "session" - stored on the User's terminal equipment until they log out, leave the website or close their web browser;

  • "permanent" - stored in the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User;

  • "performance" - enable the collection of information on how the Website's pages are used;

  • "necessary" - making it possible to use the services available on the Website;

  • "functional" - making it possible to remember the User's selected settings and to personalize the User's interface;

  • "own" - placed by the Website;

  • "external" - from a website other than the Website.

The information is in no way linked to the Website User's personal data and is not used to determine the User's identity. The extent of the information collected automatically depends on the User's browser settings. The User should check the settings of his/her browser to find out what information is made available by the browser automatically or to change these settings. You can change the conditions for storing or receiving cookies by configuring the settings in your web browsers.

The web browsing software, i.e. the web browser, usually allows the storage of cookies on the User's terminal equipment by default. Users of the Website may change their settings in this regard.  Your web browser allows you to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies.  Detailed information on this subject is contained in the help or documentation of the Internet browser used by the User.

If the User does not wish to receive Cookies, he/she can change his/her browser settings. However, disabling Cookies that are essential for authentication processes, security or maintaining User preferences may make it difficult and, in extreme cases, impossible to use the Website.
